Terms & Conditions – Leon’s Boutique Journeys

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that the information provided is correct and that you are registering as a participant on the 5-Night Revelation & Greece Boutique Journey subject to the terms set out by Leon’s Boutique Journeys (Pty) Ltd. You further declare that you are fit and healthy enough to take part in the journey and undertake to manage your own luggage to and from ferries, buses, and hotel rooms.

📑 Required Documents

A COLOR PASSPORT COPY and a COLOR ID PHOTO must be provided (upload electronically at registration or send later via email).

Travelers are responsible for securing their own visas where required.

💰 Deposits & Booking Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of R6,000 per person is required to confirm your booking.

The balance of the tour cost must be settled according to the agreed payment plan.

Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

Accommodation in handpicked boutique hotels (double/twin sharing).

Daily breakfasts and selected dinners (as per itinerary).

Ferry transfers (Athens ↔ Patmos) with shared overnight cabins.

Guided visits to sacred and cultural sites including:

The Cave of the Apocalypse (Patmos)

The Monastery of St. John (Patmos)

Ancient Corinth & the Corinth Canal

The Acropolis & Ancient Agora of Athens

Evening Athens Food & Travel Tour.

Local transport and transfers within Greece.

Personal hosting by Leon throughout the journey.

❌ Not Included

International flights – travelers must arrange and book their own flights.

Passport, visa, and travel insurance costs.

Transport to and from Johannesburg airport.

Lunches, drinks, gratuities, and personal spending.

Entrance fees to monuments not specified.

Optional excursions or activities not listed.

Single supplement (available on request).

🛑 Cancellations

Written cancellations more than 4 months before departure: 30% of deposit refunded, plus any recoverable supplier payments.

Cancellations within 4 months of departure: deposits are non-refundable; additional refunds depend on what can be reclaimed from hotels, transport, or service providers.

If Leon’s Boutique Journeys cancels a tour (e.g., insufficient bookings or force majeure), all recoverable funds will be refunded.

⚖️ General Conditions

Travelers must be fit enough to participate in walking tours, handle their own luggage, and board ferries/hotels without assistance.

Leon’s Boutique Journeys acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, ferries). We cannot be held liable for accidents, delays, strikes, weather, or other events beyond our control.

Itinerary may be altered in case of safety, weather, or logistical adjustments, always in the best interest of the group.

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and comprehensive travel insurance (medical cover is compulsory).

Baggage and personal belongings are carried at the traveler’s own risk.
